So, what's this really about?
Honestly, it started with a bit of frustration. We'd spent years in the world of big enterprise software and kept seeing the same thing: HR systems that overcomplicate everything, lock you into long contracts, and charge a fortune for features you don't even need.
What made you actually start building?
We talked to small business owners. Care agencies, nurseries, tradespeople, and they shared the same problem. They were using spreadsheets, juggling last-minute shifts, and lying awake at night thinking, "What if we get checked tomorrow? Could we prove anything or risk losing our license?" That hit home. So we thought, let's build something that actually fixes that.
So it's not just for care agencies?

Whether it's for compliance, a tribunal, or just proving to inspectors that you are compliant, you need a system that doesn't let you down.
